Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located downtown in Victoria, British Columbia, just steps away from the Harbour and shopping area. The rooms are comfortable despite being small for multiple adults and a child. The service received was incredible, although a few amenities were lacking. The dining experience offered delicious dishes but was noted as pricey. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Victoria.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and lovely, meeting the high standards I expect from a Marriott. It was a real shame that the balconies lacked furniture, but the room itself was pleasant and well-lit. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff who provided great suggestions for local attractions. The location, although not in the most welcoming area, was convenient for reaching notable landmarks like Beacon Hill Park and the Royal BC Museum. The dining experience was satisfactory, though not quite up to the level I have experienced at other Marriott properties. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained.
The hotel is perfectly situated behind the Empress Hotel at the waterfront, offering a wonderful location where you can easily explore the city on foot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony on the 5th floor, providing a good size, a cozy bed, and a nice ensuite. The service at Marriott is top-notch, with very friendly and helpful staff ready to assist guests in any way possible. The dining experience, from appetisers to breakfast, is delicious, enhancing the overall stay.
My stay at the Marriott was a good experience overall. The rooms were nice with clean and inviting atmosphere, but I had some trouble with the balcony door being hard to open. The location was perfect for exploring Victoria, and the dining options were delicious. However, the hotel seemed a bit under renovation. Despite that, I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to others.
My stay at the Marriott was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms, while clean and inviting, lacked balcony furniture, which was a shame. The service was top-notch with friendly and knowledgeable staff, but the dining area was under renovation during my visit. The location was excellent for exploring the city center, but the restaurant was a bit dark and small. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were much bigger and nicer than expected, offering a clean and inviting atmosphere. Having a fridge in the suite was a great convenience. The service was top-notch, with staff being extremely friendly, efficient, and well-trained. The location was excellent for exploring Victoria, allowing easy walking access to many attractions. The dining experience was satisfying, offering varied options for a delicious meal. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and clean rooms, providing ultimate comfort with a lovely King Sized bed. The accessibility with a wheelchair was a bonus, but the rooms could use a bit of sprucing up. The excellent service from the friendly and well-trained staff made my stay truly remarkable.
